Help Center
You can access our new Help Center which replaces our previous FAQ page. If you‘d like to get instant answers to your enquiries, this is the place for you.
You’ll have access to over 20 articles (and counting!) explaining everything from A like ‘apps’ to Z like… well, we’re currently working on Z. The new system will automatically suggest articles as soon as you hit the search bar. Instant support gratification incoming! Feel free to rate the articles in order for us to improve our service to you.
In case you’d like to speak to us directly, you can submit your enquiries to our support champions via our contact form. Our system will also suggest articles to you once you’ve filled out the ‘Subject’ line.
Customer Support Business Hours
While the Help Center allows you to find answers independently, we’re not automating every aspect of our customer service. In fact, it’s quite the opposite! We’ve brought new team members onboard, who are happy to provide English support during our new business hours from Monday 7am – Saturday 7am EEST/GMT+3.

@KaiHelps Twitter support handle
In our effort to provide a great direct support experience, we now have a dedicated Twitter support handle! @KaiHelps is where you can contact our support. We will also use the account to keep you up to date with how to’s and other tips on using KaiOS devices.
@KaiHelps is managed 24 hours a day, five days a week by our awesome support agents. We’re happy to answer any questions you might have about KaiOS during the previously mentioned business hours. Feel free to follow and tweet us at any time. You can also use this link to send us a Direct Message.
